Vertically rolling garage doors allow you to park right up to the door, both within the garage and on the driveway. SeceuroGlide and SeceuroGlide Compact doors help you to make the most of your garage and driveway space.The tightly coiling curtain design achieves maximum drive-through height to accommodate high top off-road vehicles or people carriers, whilst the option to install the door behind the garage opening gives brickwork-to-brickwork maximised drive-through width.The door does not intrude into overhead storage space within the garage and with no “kick out,” every inch of your driveway can be used.
An optional extra on the SeceuroGlide and the SeceuroGlide Compact, the override allows the manual winding of the door in event of power failure on garages which have no other entry point.
Remote controlled operation allows opening, closing and automatic locking of the door from inside your vehicle, using a mini key fob transmitter.SeceuroSmart receivers come complete with an integral courtesy light and two mini transmitters with high security rolling codes. A multi-channel version (blue) has the ability (in conjunction with three additional units) to control up to four doors and is supplied with one transmitter per receiver as standard.Somfy tubular motors are regarded as world leaders and power all electrically operated SeceuroGlide garage doors. Somfy motors are backed by a five year manufacturer’s warranty.
All automatic SeceuroGlide and SeceuroGlide Compact doors are equipped with a safety device fully compliant to all the relevant safety standards. If the safety device is activated the door will stop, reverse momentarily to release an obstruction and then stop once again.In the event of power loss, a manual override facility ensures that all doors can be raised from inside the garage, with an option for an external manual override at extra cost.
Individual aluminium slats are of exceptionally strong construction but can be easily replaced. Foam filling gives added rigidity and strength. Slats feature “wipe clean” durable, low maintenance finishes.

SeceuroGlide is available in a range of ten low maintenance, durable, paint finishes. Eliminating the need for painting, these finishes offer excellent resistance to colour fading and abrasion. Mahogany and Golden Oak textured wood grain are designed especially to match the latest generation of wood effect double glazing units, allowing you to match your garage door to your home’s existing features.
SeceuroGlide is assembled from twin-walled aluminium slats, insulated with CFC-free foam to reduce heat lass and sound transmission. Brush sealing helps it keep out draughts to provide excellent weatherproofing. Glazed vision slats are also available for a proportion of the door’s surface to allow natural light into the garage. Vision slats do not contain insulation.
SeceuroSmart remote operation allows you to open, close and lock your garage door without leaving your vehicle, using a mini key fob transmitter. Each time the transmitter is used, a unique rolling code is generated for enhanced security. As your door operates, an integral courtesy light comes on to light up your garage interior for safety and convenience.
SeceuroGlide’s innovative comb locking mechanism* secures the door automatically every time it closes. A locking collar and bolt are incorporated into the axle and as the SeceuroGlide closes, these engage with the lock comb to secure the door. The aluminium slats lock together firmly, resisting any attempt to lift the door by force.
SeceuroGlide Compact is ideal for garages with limited headroom. Even if your garage has no headroom at all, making it unsuitable for many types of door, The SeceuroGlide Compact can be fitted to the front of the garage opening so you can still enjoy the benefits of an insulated roller garage door. Requiring just 8 in(205mm) clearance above the opening height, SeceuroGlide Compact’s insulated aluminium slats are narrower than those used for the SeceuroGlide (55mmfo SeceuroGlide Compact, 78.5 for SeceuroGlide) allowing a tighter and smaller coil which will fit into less headroom. A range of sizes means opening widths of up to 2880mm can be accommodated. Extremely versatile, the door can be fitted either in front or behind the garage opening. Alternatively, drive-through height permitting; the door may be installed within the garage opening. A neat 90 deg. fascia completely conceals the back of the door’s coil, or an optional 45 deg. canopy is available to completely enclose the coil. All exposed resistant aluminium and powder coated in a choice of three colours. With a low maintenance finish, insulated slats and remote controlled operation, SeceuroGlide Compact is the flexible choice.
